Gymnastic Series

Class Length – 1 hour and 15 minute class that consecutively runs once a week

  • Spring 2025 Session – 8 weeks (Apr. 21 – Jun. 14)

Annual Membership – Starting January 2024 all clients who sign up for a Series will be charged a $15 Annual Membership Fee that is non-refundable.

Beginner Series

For beginners only

This class is perfect for beginner adults wanting to learn foundational gymnastic skills in a group setting. Your instructor will lead a guided warm up, stretch, and basics as a group. Next your instructors will set up drills and work one on one with adults to help you master skills like cartwheels, handstands, and the understanding of handsprings and flips. You’ll be introduced to vault, bars, beam, and floor and the class will conclude with a cool down!

Intermediate Series

A continuation of our Beginner Series and for past lower level gymnasts

This is for adults who have mastered the basics on all for 4 events and are looking to further their skills in a class setting. This is also great for past competitive gymnasts (Level 3+) who are still relatively active and strong. What’s great about our Intermediate level are there are plenty of skills to work on in varying skill levels.

Cheerleaders/Past Cheerleaders are recommended to take 1 Beginner Series before entering Intermediate to receive a strong foundation on vault, bars and beam

Drop Ins

All skill levels from complete beginners to advanced welcomed! During this class we guide a cardio warm up and stretch, followed by floor gymnastic basics as a group. The rest of class is open gym style where you get to decide what you want to work on. The instructor will be around to answer questions, set up drills, spot, coach and give suggestions as to what you can work on.

Purchase a single, 4 pack, or 8 pack package and simply Drop In to class! There is no cap to this class at this time. Packages never expire and are only punched upon arrival.

We advise creating an account and paying in advance to not miss out on class time!
