Enrollment for all our School Year classes are the full 2025 – 2026 School Year Session length.

What is MOVE After School?
MOVE After School is our after school program for Kindergarten – 4th grade kiddos. It runs Monday through Friday from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
Once at the studio kids will eat a parent-provided snack and have open play. Depending on class start time, kiddos will either work on homework/play games or take class, then switch!
A $180 deposit per day is due once your enrollment request is processed.
MOVE Tuition will be calculated minus your deposit and split into 10 monthly payments:
First payment is Aug 28th, 2025
MOVE After School tuition is billed on the 28th of each month for the subsequent month.
Written 30 day cancellation notice required, cancellation policy below.
Price for MOVE After School (kindergarten +)
Price per day is $48.15 Includes school pick up, 1 hr class, and aftercare
- There is an added cost for students whose MOVE class is:
- Gym 2 $9.00 per day
- Gym 3 $15.00 per day
- Aerials $5.00 per day
- MOVE After School includes some dates that schools are closed, you may drop your child off on those days from 3:30 to 6:30 pm.
- MOVE tuition includes all dates except holiday closures including: Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Winter Break, Spring Break, and Memorial Day. MOVE After School calendar will run with the same schedule as our class programming.
- Days when public schools are closed inMovement will be open. You may drop your child off anytime after 3:30pm for their regular after school programming & class, and pick up by 6:30pm.
- Based on space and staff availability we will offer vacation camp for an additional fee.
Half day pick up is an add on, this will be emailed to you as it gets closer to the date
Activity Options
Class Placement will be made by InMovement. You may request one of the following programs (InMovement will take into consideration previous enrollment):
- Enrichment Program (Ninja, Aerials Level 1, Stunting & Climbing, Acro & Tumbling, and Gym For Fun).
- Intensive Gymnastics Program (Intro to Gymnastics, Gym 1, Gym 2, and Gym 3).
NEW – Mini MOVE After School at Bok (pre- kinder only)
inMovement will be offering a special after school program for students enrolled in pre kindergarten at:
- Eliza B. Kirkbride (Pre-k program only)
Price per day is $38.00 Includes school pick up, 1 hr class, and aftercare.
Mini MOVE After School is from 3:00 to 5:00pm (or when they are dismissed, we are aware that different grades are dismissed at different times according to what school your child attends).
This program is only offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Your child will be placed in one of our earlier pre kindergarten aged classes, ending before 5:00pm.
Classes offered will be; Mini Ninjas, & Short Wheelers.
MOVE & Mini MOVE After School Cancellation Policy
Monthly Payments

Your deposit will be refunded for cancellations made ON June 27th, 2025 or before.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made ON June 28th, 2025 or after.
FIRST monthly payment due August 28th
Cancel any time with 30 days notice, effective August 25th, 2025. All cancellation requests must be received via email to info@phillyinmovement.com
You are responsible for the tuition that falls within the 30 day period following a cancellation request, whether you attend or not.
What about School Closings or Half Days?

Half-Day Pick Up will aligned with the Philadelphia School District calendar and are only offered on public school early dismissal days.
When each half day gets closer we will reach out to those who stated interest and offer registration.
*We are not able to pick-up on unplanned, early dismissal days, for example inclement weather or other emergencies.
General Cancellation Policies
- Make Up Policy
Unfortunately, if a child misses a day or leaves early from camp those days are not refundable nor are we able to swap days.
- Inclement Weather
Weather cancellations are posted on the website and on Philly InMovement’s voicemail (267-239-0844) and an email announcement will be sent out. Weather-related cancellations are not refunded but we will make an effort to reschedule when possible.
- Shutdown Orders
If the City of Philadelphia, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, or Federal government so directs, Philly InMovement will be required to shut down its live operations until permitted to reopen. Philly InMovement will reschedule classes and sessions to take place virtually. All camps, private lessons, and open play sessions cannot take place virtually, and our policy is to place prepayments into your Philly InMovement account as though there were a COVID-19 exposure (see the section on “Refund Policy for Cancellations Due to COVID-19” above).

What if my preferred MOVE After School day is full?
If your preferred Move After School days are full please feel free to add your child to the waitlist for those days. If spots become available in the program we do reach out.
Your account will not be charged unless you confirm you want the spot.
