inMovement is committed to continuing safe practices as we adjust to this “new normal”. While this does mean that we have closed our doors, we remain committed to our goal to increase one’s movement possibilities. As such, we are launching a brand new program called inHomeMovement to promote healthy habits and physical activity while at home!

The goal of inHomeMovement is to showcase different physical activities that students and gymnasts (and even parents!) can do to stay active while we wait out the storm. All classes are held via Zoom to keep everyone moving in the comfort and safety of their own home!

  • For stretching, it’s best to be on a rug or carpet. If on a hard floor, lay out something comfortable like a yoga mat, towel, or blanket.
  • You may need to download the Zoom app and log in (this will help limit any problems you can run into
  • Video quality may vary depending on your internet connection.
  • If you have technical questions, there is a chat feature where you can ask our tech staff for help. You can also click the “raise hand” button to let us know if you need something.
