Booking an InMovement birthday party has never been easier. Celebrate your kiddo’s birthday at inMovement and we’ll be sure that you and all your guests have a blast!

If you are interested in booking a party, please email us at birthdays@phillyinmovement.com with the following information:
- Your child’s age
- Preferred Sundays and times
- Preferred location
Once we have that information we can arrange your party based on what space and staffing we have available at that time. We will do our best to accommodate all requests.
This party is packed with activities, from warm-up games and parachute fun to gymnastics tricks and obstacle courses. We incorporate aspects of gymnastics, games, dance, and more. This is a structured, instructor-led party.
Kids who choose a ninja party will experience the fun of obstacle courses, games, jumping, running, and balancing. By exploring the gym through stealthy gymnastics movement, the ninja party is great for kids with tons of enthusiasm and future ninja warriors.
Our Open Play party is great for little ones when they are learning to expand their social horizons through lightly structured activity or for kids who just want to do their own thing. Our staff will show tricks around the room and allow the children to play with minimal instructional activities. Our Open Play parties create a fun atmosphere for every kid! There will still be a party host to help ensure safety, but the kids control the show.

This package includes colorful and fun party decorations, including a birthday banner for the wall and table decorations. Paper and plastic products are also included for your use (table cloths, plates, and napkins). In this package, we do not provide any food. Feel free to bring along your own food and beverages. The hosts will help you get this set-up in the party room during the 15 minutes prior to your party. Food must arrive by the time we transition into the party room. The distribution of food may not be possible if food is not delivered 1 hour before the end of the party due to breakdown time.
In addition to the party decorations and paper/plastic products (banner, table decorations, table cloths, plates, and napkins), food is provided for the children attending the party. This includes cheese pizza, an assortment of chocolate and vanilla cupcakes, water bottles, and juice boxes. Remember that this package means you stress less! This means we do all the set up and breakdown for you. All you have to do is show up and have fun!
Our biggest package includes the decorations and paper/plastic products (banner, table decorations, table cloths, plates, and napkins), as well as food for both children and adults attending the party. For the children, cheese pizza, chocolate and vanilla cupcakes, water bottles, and juice boxes are provided. For adults, additional pizzas and hoagie platters are provided. Again, this option means you stress less! We do all the setup and breakdown for you. All you have to do is show up and have fun!
AGE REQUIREMENTS: We offer parties for children ages 1 to 12 years. We require children under the age of 3 be accompanied by an adult/parent/nanny in the gym space as they would in one of our parent child classes.
Queen Village: 15 kids max
Northern Liberties: 25 kids max
CAN ADULTS ATTEND?: Adults are welcome to stay and hang out while the party happens. While we do not put a limit on the number of adults, we ask that you use your discretion and keep your numbers reasonable. Our parties are designed for children.
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATIONS: At the time of booking, you will pay a $200 non-refundable deposit.
If you cancel up to 30 days before your party, we will refund the amount paid (minus the $200 deposit). If you cancel up to 7 days before your booked party we will credit the amount paid (minus the $200 deposit) to your account to be used as you choose, for a class, punch pass etc. After that point, the entire amount paid is non-refundable.
*If you cancel within the week leading up to your party due to a member of your family contracting COVID-19 or an exposure, please contact us so we can work with you to reschedule your party.
GRATUITY: Gratuity is not included. Please tip your party host. We encourage 10% – 20% of your total bill. We accept cash and Venmo!
WEATHER POLICY: If weather conditions make travel unsafe and you or our staff are unable to get to the gym, we will work with you to reschedule your party. There will be no additional charge.
COVID POLICY: If you or anyone invited to attend your event test positive for COVID, show symptoms of COVID, or have recently been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID, we will work with you to reschedule your event. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can ensure everyone’s safety!
AMENITIES: We do not have a refrigerator. If you have items you’d like to bring that require being chilled, you’re welcome to bring coolers/insulated tote bags.
ALCOHOL & FOOD: Alcohol is permitted, please drink responsibly! If bringing additional snacks or drinks for your adult guests, please be sure to inform the Birthday Party Coordinator. FOOD AND DRINKS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE GYM AREA AND MUST BE KEPT IN DESIGNATED AREAS.
HOW EARLY CAN WE ARRIVE? Families are not permitted to arrive until 15 minutes prior to your party start time for all party packages. All packages include table cloths, plates, napkins, and party decor, which will already be set-up prior to your arrival. We always welcome additional decorations but please use your discretion since you will only have 15 minutes prior to the start of the party to finish setting up.
EXTRA PERKS!: All parties will receive a Philly InMovement T-Shirt for the birthday child. Additionally, all party guests receive a free Open Play waiver. This can be used at any of our locations to continue playing and exploring in the gym!
ATTIRE: Children should wear comfortable clothing that they can move around in, please no tights, stockings, or socks. Children must be barefoot. Personal items are to be left in the cubby holes provided in the lobby. Leotards are not required. All guests will need to remove socks and shoes before entering the gym. If your child experiences sensory-based issues please bring grippy socks (sky zone socks), we will work with you to accommodate your child.
PARKING: Although we love being in the city, there are some drawbacks when it comes to parking! On the blocks surrounding the gym you can find 2-hour street parking, and in Queen Village there is an affordable parking lot a block away from us on the corner of 5th and Bainbridge.
